B Retake Flash from Heaven

Steps

1. From Heaven, walk to the center of the railing that overlooks B site. Stand back from the railing by about one step so you have a clear downward sightline onto the site below.
2. Look down at B site. Find the bomb plant zone on the ground - the marked area where Ts plant the bomb. It is located between the pillar and the Monster entrance.
3. Place your crosshair on the center of the bomb plant area on the ground. Aim at the middle of the painted markers on the floor of the site.
4. Perform a standing left-click throw - hold and release with no movement. The downward angle from Heaven sends the flashbang bouncing off the site floor.
5. The flashbang hits the ground and pops at site level, blinding any Ts on the bomb site who are watching ground-level angles such as Monster exit, Short entrance, or behind the pillar.

Tips

• This flash is designed for retakes. The pop happens at ground level on the site, which means Ts looking at typical site-level angles (not upward at Heaven) get fully flashed with no time to react.
• Time the throw so your teammates push from B Short or CT spawn at the exact moment the flash pops. The flash is useless if nobody follows up on it within the 2-second blind window.
• If the flash pops too early (before your team is in position), delay the throw by half a second. Communication is key - call out “flashing” so your team knows when to swing.
• Practice offline with these commands: sv_cheats 1; sv_infinite_ammo 1; sv_grenade_trajectory 1; sv_grenade_trajectory_time 10; mp_roundtime_defuse 60
• After throwing, you can immediately peek the railing and take shots at any Ts who are blinded below. The elevation advantage combined with the flash makes this an extremely powerful combo.
• Avoid looking directly down when the flash pops - even though you are above it, the bounce can catch you if you are leaning over the railing. Keep a slight angle to avoid self-flashing.

When to Use

This flash is purpose-built for CT retakes on B site. Throw it when:

• Retaking B site after Ts have planted - this is the primary use case and gives your team a massive advantage swinging onto site
• Supporting a teammate push from B Short or CT spawn by blinding the Ts so your ground-level players can enter safely
• Post-plant pressure when you need to peek over the Heaven railing and take shots at Ts holding the bomb
• Breaking a site hold when Ts are set up in strong post-plant positions and a dry push would result in trades at best
• Eco retakes where your team needs the flash advantage to compensate for weaker weapons in close-range fights on site
