A Apartments Flash from Second Mid
Flash apartments on Inferno from second mid. Blinds any CT peeking or holding apartments so your team can push through safely.

Steps
- From second mid, move toward the apartments entrance on the right side. Stop at the corner just before the doorway into apartments and press yourself against the right wall.
- Look up toward the apartments building. Find the top of the doorframe that leads into the apartments corridor - there is a visible lintel above the entrance.
- Place your crosshair at the upper-left corner of the doorframe, right where the frame meets the wall above. You want the flash to arc through the doorway and pop inside the apartments hallway.
- Perform a standing left-click throw (overhand). Hold left click and release.
- The flashbang flies through the doorway and pops inside apartments, blinding any CT holding the hallway, the balcony angle, or the boiler room area.
Tips
- CTs often push through apartments for information or to flank the T side of mid. This flash punishes any CT holding inside apartments and makes it safe for your team to push through.
- You are standing at a safe angle behind the wall while throwing - the CT inside apartments cannot see you during the lineup. This makes it a low-risk, high-reward flash.
- Throw this flash right before your team enters apartments. Your entry player should be at the doorway ready to push in as the flash pops.
- If the flash hits the doorframe and bounces back toward you, your crosshair was too low. Make sure to aim above the frame to clear it.
- This flash is part of the A execute toolkit. Pair it with the library smoke and arch smoke from second mid for a complete A site take through apartments and short.
