B Main Molotov from B Heaven

Steps

1. From B Heaven, walk to the edge of the platform that overlooks B site and the B Main entrance. Position yourself near the left railing of the Heaven platform for a clear sightline down to B Main.
2. Look down toward the B Main entrance below. From Heaven, you have a commanding elevated view of the corridor exit where Ts push onto B site.
3. Place your crosshair on the floor of the B Main entrance, slightly inside the corridor. Aim at the center of the walkable area, about two feet past the doorway threshold.
4. Perform a standing left-click throw - hold and release with no movement. The significant height advantage from Heaven gives the molotov a steep downward trajectory that lands it accurately in the corridor mouth.
5. The molotov drops from Heaven and bursts across the B Main entrance, spreading fire across the entire doorway and several feet into the corridor. Ts cannot pass through without taking 40+ damage per second.

Tips

• This is your most reliable utility for delaying B Main pushes from Heaven. The elevated throw angle makes it nearly impossible to miss, and the damage zone covers the entire entrance.
• If the molotov breaks on the Heaven railing instead of reaching B Main, you are standing too close to the edge. Step back slightly so the throw clears the railing cleanly.
• Time this molotov for when your B Main smoke starts fading. The smoke-to-molotov combo gives you nearly 25 seconds of continuous denial on the B Main entrance.
• Practice offline with these commands: sv_cheats 1; sv_infinite_ammo 1; sv_grenade_trajectory 1; sv_grenade_trajectory_time 10; mp_roundtime_defuse 60
• After throwing, immediately pull out your rifle and hold the angle on B Main. Ts who push through the fire will be low HP and easy to finish off from your elevated position.
• Be cautious about your position being revealed when you throw. Smart Ts will note that utility came from Heaven and may throw counter-flashes or HEs at your position.

When to Use

This molotov is a powerful B site denial tool for CT defenders on Anubis. Throw it when:

• Following up a fading smoke on B Main to maintain denial of the corridor and force Ts to wait even longer before pushing
• Denying a B rush when you hear footsteps and utility in B Main and need to halt the push before Ts reach the site
• Solo B holds where the molotov from Heaven lets you stall the entire B push while staying in the safest defensive position on the site
• Stacking damage before a gunfight - Ts who push through the fire at 50-60 HP are at a massive disadvantage against your full HP from Heaven
• Retake setups after losing site control, burning B Main prevents Ts from reinforcing their post-plant positions through the corridor
