Steps
- From B Ramp, walk up toward the transition point where B Ramp opens into the B Main approach. Stand at the left edge of the corridor, pressing your left shoulder against the wall.
- Look toward the B Main entrance at roughly head height. Find the top of the doorframe that marks the entry from B Main into the site area.
- Place your crosshair on the upper-left corner of the doorframe - right where the frame meets the ceiling on the left side.
- Start running forward toward B Main and perform a right-click throw (underhand) while moving. The timing should feel natural - throw as you begin your forward movement.
- The flash bounces off the doorframe and pops almost instantly inside B Main, blinding any CT holding the angle. Because it is an underhand throw while running, the flash pops with almost zero reaction time for defenders.
Tips
- Pop flashes are the most effective entry tool in CS2 because defenders have almost no time to turn away. This underhand throw pops within a fraction of a second of appearing in the CT’s field of view.
- The right-click underhand throw is key - a left-click overhand throw would send the flash too far past the doorway, giving defenders time to turn away.
- Your entry fragger should be right behind you, ready to swing into B Main the instant the flash pops. Coordinate by calling “flashing, go go go.”
- If the flash pops too late (after the doorframe, giving CTs time to react), you are throwing it too late in your run. Release the right click slightly earlier.
- Practice this lineup offline with
